of 13-storied with 2 Basements National Science and Technology
Complex Building at Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh (2015-2019) │
Budgets: 35.00 Million USD.
This project is
designed to encourage and patronize non-government Science &
Technology / Organizations / Academy / Associations / Clubs to act as
a centre of excellence in Science & Technology Affairs in the
country.
Features: A 13 storied high rise official building
with RCC frame structure having two basements; MAT foundation with a
thickness of 4.5 feet and somewhere 8 feet; 9 office floors, 1
Auditorium of 400 seats, 2 Multipurpose Hall of 250 seats, 3
Exhibition Halls, Cafeteria, Restaurant, Sky lounge and Green Lounge
having an area of 17500 sft per floor. 2 Basement having 160 car
parking facilities with automated parking and high security system.
Special attraction of this building includes Ellipse Dome with
Aluminum Alloy and Pilkington Glass; Double Glazed glass at North
side, Saint Gobin Tempered full length window Glass at three other
sides, HGD and PSV Ceiling, Marble lobby, high energy efficiency
HVAC, 4 passenger and 1 service lifts including international
standard internal electrification and fire control system.
Vertical
extension of 4 storey over existing 6 storey Bangladesh Public
Service Commission (BPSC) Building at Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh
(2016-2019) │ Budgets: 12.00 Million USD.
Features:
Construction of 4 storey RCC Frame structure over existing 6 storied
official/administrative building with a floor area of 16000
sft/floor. It includes Secretary’s office, Honorable member’s office,
QP room, examination hall, multipurpose hall, commission lounge, two
passenger lifts, Deep tube well and pump, internal electrification
and standard fire control system.
Construction of 20-storied
high-rise office building of Bangladeshi Shilpa Rin Sangsta (BSRS)
at Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh (1997-1999) │ Budgets: 5.00
Million USD
Features: A 20 storied high rise
commercial building with RCC frame structure having two basement;
MAT foundation with a thickness of 4.5 feet; 18 office floors each
floor having an area of 10,240 sft with flat plate roof of 9 inch
thick,; 29 passenger 3 service elevators; All floors served by
direct elevators; 200 ft-high glass and marble lobby; Full length
glass windows, high energy efficiency HVAC and plumbing systems
including internal electrification.
Construction of Convention Hall
for Police Staff College under ‘Strengthening of Police Staff
College’ Project, Dhaka, Bangladesh (2010-2012) │ Budgets: 1.14
Million USD
Features: A two storied RCC frame
structure building with pre-fabricated steel truss; MAT foundation
with a thickness of 14 inch, each floor having an area of 24,000
sft; sanitary and water supply works including internal
electrification for Bangladesh Police personnel in order to organize
international and national workshops/seminars/conferences with a
view to enhance professionalism in policing through need based
training.
Construction of Swimming Pool cum
Gymnasium including Sanitary and Water Supply Arrangement for
‘Strengthening of Police Staff College, Dhaka, Bangladesh │ Budgets:
0.303 Million USD
Features: A swimming pool
(5600sft) having a capacity of 15,000 gallon with two storied
gymnasium; each floor having floor area of 6000sft; RCC frame
structure with pre-cast pile foundation; sanitary and water supply
works including internal electrification for Bangladesh Police to
enhance core training and relied facilities.
Construction of 6-storied Barrack
building for Public Order Management (POM) at Mirpur Police Complex,
Dhaka, Bangladesh (2011-2012) │ Budgets: 2.04 Million USD
Features: Three 6-storied residential barracks for Public
Order Management; Each floor having an area of 9600 sft with a total
floor area 57600sft; sanitary and water supply works including
internal electrification.
Construction of 16- storied
residential apartment building at Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
(2012-ongoing) │ Budgets: 9.11 Million USD
Features: Two 16-storied residential apartment building for low and
middle group of people income group people having floor area of
1250sft; 16-storied foundation with one basement includes parking
facilities at basement and ground floors, internal sanitary, water
supply, fire fighting, gas connection, internal electrification
works and other ancillary works.
Construction of 3-storied Model Mosque and Islamic Culture Centre at 3 Upazila (Sariakandi,
Kahalu and Sherpur) of Bogura District, Bangladesh under the Ministry of Religious Affairs,
Bangladesh (2020-2021) │ Budgets: 4.3 Million USD
Features: A three storied RCC frame structure Islamic iconic mosque; each floor having floor
area of 10000sft with a capacity of around 2500 people; library, Islamic training centre;
sanitary and water supply works including internal and external electrification, sound and
acoustic work.

Features: Repair internal roads, renovation and maintenance of
civil, sanitary and plumbing works of several 6-storied residential
buildings of Bangladesh Government employees at Mirpur-1; each floor
having an area of 1400sft.
