Dissertation: "A Study on Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Independent Power Producer (IPP) Projects in Asia." Awarded the prestigious NTU Research Scholarship (2007–2011). Research focused on project financing structures, risk allocation, and credit enhancement for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects across Asia.
